Common Questions

How do I earn Chase Rewards points in ClassPass?

Earn five times more rewards with your Chase Card for every dollar spent on eligible ClassPass purchases. Visit our Help Center for full terms and conditions.

What are the possible payment options?

Use your eligible Chase card to purchase ClassPass (eligible cards are listed in terms and conditions below). Payments made through third-party payment accounts, online or mobile digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), or subscriptions purchased through third-party providers are excluded from this offer.

What is your cancellation policy and how can I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial and paid subscription period to avoid auto-renewal. Just go to your ClassPass account settings and click “Cancel or keep my subscription”.

What if I run out of credits?

Add more if you wish! Visit your ClassPass profile and select “Get More Credits” or upgrade your plan. If you choose to upgrade, your bonus credits will increase to 15% of your new credit plan.

What happens if I don’t use all my credits?

Don’t sweat! Just transfer up the number of credits to your next plan. For example, if your next plan is 19 credits, you can accumulate up to 19 credits for the next month. Any additional credits you have will expire at the end of the current month.
